About the role
The Arlington County Treasurer’s Office is seeking a Treasury Program Specialist I - Compliance and Research Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the collection of delinquent accounts
- Participate on the call center team within the Compliance Division
- Perform front-line customer service duties
- Assist with compliance and administrative tasks
- Provide technical support as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Knowledge of tax laws and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check
