About the role
Bell & Evans is looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated team members to join our Production team. As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in producing the high-quality chicken our customers expect. Depending on your assigned department, you may work with live poultry or raw chicken products and perform a variety of tasks, including processing, deboning, cutting, packing, weighing, labeling, inspecting, and moving poultry products. While you may typically be assigned to one department, production and staffing needs may require you to work in different departments or positions. Flexibility and a willingness to learn are important to success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Safely handle and process poultry products.
- Use equipment to sort, weigh, and label poultry products.
- Fold liners and ensure trays are properly and securely closed.
- Operate automated equipment or manually palletize trays.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet Bell & Evans' quality standards.
- Pack, weigh, label, and move poultry products as assigned.
- Follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain required production speeds while prioritizing safety and quality.
- Immediately report safety, quality, or product concerns to your supervisor.
- Work in different departments
