Tray Delivery Aide - Part Time

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tray Delivery Aide - Part Time. In this role, the successful candidate delivers meal trucks to patient units and trays to patients, distributes menus to patients, and collects dirty trays for warewashing.
Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Prints census sheets and delivers trays to patients on assigned units.
- Reads patient menus to confirm room number, diet, and date of birth.
- Retrieves dirty or finished trays for warewashing.
- Distributes appropriate menus to patients in advance of mealtime for selection.
- Uses proper scripting techniques in all interactions with patients.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong communication (both oral and written) and customer service skills.
- Ability to read well and write legibly.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in Food Service or Tray Passing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $24.60 - $24.60 hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
