About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving financial goals.Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and front desk functions.
- Manage staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
- Monitor and maintain the financial health of the hotel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems.
