Traveling Superintendent - Tilt Wall/Light Industrial

Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Operations Leadership and take ownership of project site execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage all day-to-day field operations on industrial and warehouse construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
• Lead site safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Partner closely with Project Managers to resolve field challenges and maintain project budgets.
• Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Superintendent on industrial, manufacturing, warehouse distribution, or large-scale tilt-wall projects.
• Experience delivering ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, safety procedures, and quality management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative management style.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools.
• Stable employment history demonstrating successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial or warehouse construction.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, construction management software, and project reporting tools.
