Job Description

• Oversee daily construction activities to guarantee projects finish on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to deliver quality work while maintaining safety compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and avoid potential delays.
• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience overseeing tilt-wall construction projects with solid technical expertise.
• Capable of leading teams to maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and strict enforcement of protocols.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and keep projects on schedule.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for seamless collaboration with clients and project teams.
