Tilt Wall Superintendent
About the role
Lead all on-site operations for ground-up tilt-wall construction projects
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution
Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement
Cover tilt-wall panel erection, site logistics, and trade sequencing activities
Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
Implement and enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance requirements
Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and subcontractor coordination meetings
Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts and maintain productivity
Maintain accurate daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and project documentation
Closely coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
Lead punch-list completion, project closeout activities, and final turnover
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up tilt-wall projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on large projects
- Strong knowledge of construction safety requirements and quality control processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 30 certification

Pay
$120,000 - $140,000+
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some travel required
