Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the construction process for utility scale solar projects
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project status and address any issues promptly
- Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management
- Provide training and support to field personnel to enhance performance and safety on site
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, particularly in industrial or solar projects
- Proven experience with utility scale solar projects is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with project management software, particularly Primavera P6
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams
- Ability to travel frequently to various project sites and work in different environments
