Responsible for overseeing travel logistics and ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage travel schedules and accommodations for employees
- Coordinate transportation needs for field staff
- Ensure compliance with all travel policies and regulations
- Handle emergency travel situations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in travel management or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Passport (if traveling internationally)
Skills
- Travel management software proficiency (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of international travel laws and regulations
