Traveling Superintendent - Hotel Construction

Based in Florida, we are a well-established and growing general contractor specializing in hotel construction. Our work is primarily ground-up and includes brands such as WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, and Extended Stay America. Travel throughout the East Coast is required.

We are hiring a Superintendent due to growth. This position offers a competitive base salary plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits, an ESOP, truck allowance, phone allowance, per diem, and more.

Requirements

• Experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor
• Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction
• Experience with ground-up projects
• ProCore experience
• Ability to travel throughout the East Coast

Pay

$100,000 - $125,000 per year
