- Experience as a Superintendent at a GC
- Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction
- Experience with ground-up
- ProCore experience
- Ability to travel throughout East Coast
About the Role
We are a well-established and growing General Contractor (GC) based in Florida that specializes in hotel construction projects such as WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, and Extended Stay America. With a robust pipeline of work and a strong reputation in the industry, we are currently hiring a Superintendent to join our team.
Responsibilities
The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality control standards. The role requires extensive travel throughout the East Coast.
Requirements
Due to the nature of the work, travel is essential. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
While not exhaustive, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working on ground-up construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ProCore or similar construction management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
