About the role

Based in Florida, we are a well-established and growing general contractor that specializes in hotel construction. Our work is primarily ground-up and includes WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America, and more. Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. Travel throughout the East Coast is required.

Requirements

• Experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor
• Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction
• Experience with ground-up projects
• ProCore experience
• Ability to travel throughout the East Coast
