Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field crews and subcontractors on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate construction processes, scheduling, and quality control.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Maintain construction documentation, reporting, and communication with project teams and clients.
• Travel regularly to job sites across different regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Ability to travel regularly to job sites across different regions.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage field crews and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and commitment to enforcing safety protocols.
• Proficient in construction documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between project locations.

Preferred Skills

• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Experience with construction management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay

$120,000 - $155,000 per year
