Traveling – Superintendent

About the role

Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Manage client relationships to maintain positive working partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to meet project needs.
• Monitor project costs and adjust as necessary to stay within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
