About the role
Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Collaborates closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and client requirements.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external partners to maintain project alignment and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
