About the role

Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Collaborates closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and client requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external partners to maintain project alignment and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
