About the role
Responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to clients across various industries. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Document all work performed and communicate status updates to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- At least 2 years of related experience in a technical support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
