Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases, from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
• Practice within the standards and ethics outlined by professional nursing practice guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure (NLC).
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned location and obtain necessary certifications.
• Candidates should meet licensure and certification requirements and be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a team environment.

Schedule

• Work 12-hour night shifts with a weekly schedule of 36 hours.
• Contract duration of 14 weeks, with options to extend or transfer to other sites.
