About the role
Join our team as an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities. Opportunities for contract extension or placement at other Sanford sites. Adherence to professional standards, ethical codes, and state nursing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care.
- Delivering care across all phases—from prevention to follow‑up—within the scope of nursing practice.
- Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to meet department‑specific competencies and certifications.
Pay
Competitive weekly pay, including stipends.
Schedule
Work involves 12‑hour rotating shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
