Traveling Occupational Therapist

About the role

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Nationwide Traveling Occupational Therapist based out of Chicago, IL. This is a full-time position for those interested in practicing in various clinics across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Travel to any state where Cranial Technologies clinics are located.
• Work in pediatric clinical outpatient settings, treating infants with head shape reshaping using the DOC Band® and correcting ear shapes with EarWell®.
• Take over caseloads for other clinicians and build relationships with new families.
• Develop strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.

Requirements

• Licensed OT
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices

Qualifications

• State-issued REAL ID compliant license or equivalent TSA accepted travel documentation required by start date

Pay and Schedule

• The pay range for this position is $90,000 – 100,000 plus additional travel bonus. Pay is dependent on the applicant’s tenure in their field and relevant experience.
• This position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.

Schedule

• Travel is typically on a Monday afternoon/evening.
• You work in the clinic Tuesday – Friday and fly home Friday afternoon/evening.
• You are home every Saturday and Sunday!
