About the role

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Nationwide Traveling Occupational Therapist based out of Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time position for those interested in practicing in various Cranial Technologies clinics across the United States. The role involves working in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, exclusively with infants, and traveling to clinics in different states.

Responsibilities

  • Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®
  • Treat infants to correct ear shapes with EarWell®
  • Evaluate and provide treatment for plagiocephaly and misshapen ears
  • Build relationships with families throughout the treatment process
  • Take over caseloads for other clinicians

Requirements

  • Licensed OT with 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices
  • State-issued REAL ID compliant license or equivalent TSA accepted travel documentation required by start date
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurses, Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists, and Certified Orthotists are also considered
  • A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as a formal training program is provided

Pay and Schedule

  • The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $97,000 plus additional travel bonus
  • Pay is dependent on the applicant's tenure in their field and relevant experience
  • This position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises
  • Travel Expenses covered by the company
