Traveling Multi-Family Superintendent- Raleigh

About the Role

We're partnering with a well-established general contractor expanding its multifamily construction team. This position is based in the Raleigh, NC area and involves supporting and leading large ground-up multifamily projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
• Assist with maintaining project schedules and driving production milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Trade Partners
• Participate in project documentation, inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Experience on projects valued at $15M+
• Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred
• Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, safety, and subcontractor coordination
• Must be based in the Raleigh, NC area
• Open to travel throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
