What You'll Do
- Lead and support merchandising and fixture installation teams
- Execute planograms and store resets
- Install retail shelving, fixtures, and displays
- Cook daily work with the client and SPAR management
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations
- Provide direction and support to team members throughout each project
Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising, retail reset, or fixture installation experience required
- Experience reading and executing planograms
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel extensively and drive up to a 500-mile radius from home
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications
- Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
