About the role

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is excited to hire a Traveling Installation Trainer for our West Coast market. This role involves traveling up to 25-30% across three markets, with an ideal candidate based in the Seattle area. The Traveling Installation Trainer will deliver comprehensive training programs and ensure a safety-minded culture.

Responsibilities

• Travel as needed across various Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations on the West Coast (Pacific, Marysville, Portland), up to 25-30% depending on business needs for promotion classes and training.
• Ensure well-planned, properly scheduled, and seamlessly coordinated training activities.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs in all markets.
• Assist installers in attaining installation objectives by providing feedback through jobsite review checklists.
• Drive a safety-minded culture and ensure a safe work environment.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bath & shower remodeling.
• Master-level acrylic installer.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, or plumbing.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with training tools (e.g., PowerPoint, video creation).
• Leadership experience to provide training to various installation crews.
• Experience evaluating installer skill levels and coaching performance improvement.
• Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees.
• Dependable with thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
• Open to travel as needed across various Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations on the West Coast, up to 25-30%.
