Job Responsibilities
- Install, train, and support computer hardware and software.
- Assume full accountability to ensure the installation meets all standards.
- Train store personnel on the use of the point of sale system, including troubleshooting, order entry, driver dispatch, and demonstrating the appropriate use of the system manual.
- Complete all status reports and documentation with regard to the installation.
- Complete and file timely & accurate expense and time reports according to established guidelines.
- Provide maintenance and support for all IS when not travelling.
Qualifications
Formulate and execute decisions based on previous field level experiences, related to unique circumstances that occur during the course of the assigned installation, training and support of the field systems team members.
