About the Role

Responsibilities

• Execute precise installations of custom residential glass, mirrors, and shower enclosures.
• Apply flawless caulking lines and finishes to ensure complete seal and elite aesthetic quality.
• Analyze site conditions proactively to anticipate installation challenges and adjust techniques seamlessly.
• Problem-solve complex field obstacles creatively to maintain project momentum and safety.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites while representing our high standards of craftsmanship.
• Operate company vehicles safely during local operations and regional travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on glazier or custom shower door installation experience.
• Master-level caulking skills with extreme attention to aesthetic detail and clean finishes.
• Proven ability to think critically, anticipate workflow steps, and solve structural job-site challenges.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with custom, frameless glass shower enclosures and heavy mirror work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with specialized glass handling tools.
• Strong team player with attention to detail, time management, and timeliness on projects.

Pay

$29.00 - $36.00 per hour (based on experience).
