Description

The Manager of Installation represents Waites as an installation project manager onsite at our customers’ locations (both domestically and internationally). This person is primarily responsible for driving installation success, managing the installation team members assigned to the project, and installing Waites equipment on customer machines and equipment.

Our cost-effective, plug-and-play products empower businesses and plants of all sizes to conduct predictive and preventative maintenance on mission-critical and secondary equipment in order to maximize uptime.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience working in industrial environments with exposure to maintenance operations, reliability practices, and rotating equipment is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and ability to quickly learn new software and apps
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in leading and presenting to groups
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule of 40 hours/week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations
  • Job-related certifications (preferred): OSHA 10, MSHA, Fall Protection, Working at Heights, Lift Operation, First Aid, and other client-required certifications
