Responsibilities
- Applying your skills across a variety of slope stabilization and geohazard mitigation systems
- Executing safety plans—protecting the people around you is priority #1
- Coaching and developing teammates to be more effective and grow their skills
- Helping with equipment maintenance and jobsite organization
- Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- Required 2+ years in construction in Geotechnical, Environmental, Civil or similar industries on projects that involve casing or rock hammer drilling, shotcrete application, slope stabilization or soils work
- Expertise in one or more machines/tools used in the work above (shotcrete nozzles, grout pumps, casing drills or other)
- Strong communication—clear, direct, solution-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities while keeping the crew aligned
- Flexibility to travel and adjust schedules as needed
- Driver’s license (CDL A is a plus)
