Traveling Finish Superintendent | North Carolina
About the role
The Assistant Superintendent will achieve a high level of productivity, being customer-centric, a dynamic team player, and valuing safety. They should understand the means and methods of multi-family or commercial building construction and be action-oriented, proactive, and foresightful.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the project performs according to quality standards, including adherence to the schedule of daily jobsite activities and management of work lists to ensure subcontractor completion.
- Maintain organization and understand the final product.
- Strong consideration to a candidate with working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, and/or electrical work.
Requirements
- Ability to work at the construction jobsite daily, including occasional overtime and weekend hours.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in multi-family or commercial construction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
- Valid driver's license.
