Traveling Superintendent - Charlotte NC

Job Summary

A growing commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Lead Superintendent to lead industrial, retail, and cold storage projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, and the surrounding Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects as the Lead Superintendent.
• Show strong industrial, cold storage, and/or retail project experience.
• Prove success in managing schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality.
• Build strong relationships with owners, clients, and trade partners.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast (Charlotte area home base preferred).

Requirements

• Experienced in leading ground-up commercial construction projects as the Lead Superintendent.
• Strong background in industrial, cold storage, and/or retail project management.
• Proven track record in managing schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast region.
