Traveling Field Construction Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan project quality controls in accordance with the company standards and contract requirements
• Implement provisions of the company C&IS Quality System on the project
• Manage operations of the Quality System specific to the project
• Communicate quality requirements to all relevant parties
• Ensure the Quality System is adhered to by all personnel impacting quality
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Act as a liaison regarding quality with external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as a construction project engineer or general construction superintendent on projects of similar scale
• USACE/NAVFAC Certified Construction Quality Control Manager required or must obtain within one year
• Vertical construction experience preferred
• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) is a plus
• Working knowledge of Procore is required
• Openness to adapting to AI technologies

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
