Traveling Concrete Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, communicate with, and develop the project team.
• Develop an overall project plan and set expectations for the project team.
• Take ownership of project information and deliver project status to appropriate parties.
• Validate project status and make recommendations to ensure execution goals are met.
• Direct and align manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Ensure the project team follows defined processes and individuals act per their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the project phases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a variety of project types and emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices, with experience on projects over $1 million.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
