Traveling Client Success Specialist

Position Description

Reynolds and Reynolds, one of the top providers of premium integrated computer solutions for automobile dealerships, is seeking a Client Success Specialist to work with our Enterprise Account customers.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers make a smooth conversion to the Reynolds and Reynolds system
• Provide training and customer support throughout the process
• On-site installation support to major dealerships in and out of your region
• Travel approximately 80% of the time
• Help the customer transition to our software and function as a consultant, providing excellent support for our products and ensuring that our customers are using the software to its full potential

Training

• Successfully complete an intensive training program
• Involves classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX and Dayton, OH, as well as online courses
• Includes in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge
• Pairing with mentors across the country to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
• Able to travel (overnight with hotel stays) up to 80% of the time
