What You'll Do

- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Review data regularly and adjust treatment plans based on effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with families and your clinical team throughout the process
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Travel to different client locations within your service area as necessary
