Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Astra ABA in Greensboro, North Carolina. As an ABA Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering young minds to flourish by designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of our clients.
About the Role
You will lead interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote social, communication, and behavioral skills in children with autism and related disorders. You will conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to inform treatment plan modifications. You will collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve optimal outcomes. You will provide ongoing training and support to ABA staff and therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on client progress and goals.
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and behavioral skills assessments (BSAs).
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to ABA staff and therapists on behavior reduction techniques, reinforcement strategies, and data collection methods.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share findings, recommendations, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and service delivery.

Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
