Our mission is to provide high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with ASD and related conditions
- Conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for treatment modifications
- Provide training and guidance to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavioral interventions and strategies
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless transitions and communication
- Monitor client progress, track outcomes, and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
