Role Overview: The Traveling Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to diverse patient populations, primarily children and young adults, across multiple locations. Responsibilities Include Delivering comprehensive dental services with team supportAdhering to all regulations, standards, and compliance protocolsParticipating in team activities like morning huddles and community engagementEnsuring integrity and professionalism in patient carePerforming other assigned duties as needed Key Qualifications & Skills DDS/DMD from an accredited programValid dental license or eligibility in practicing statesCertifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable)Strong compassion and desire to serve children and adultsWillingness to cover multiple geographic locations within specified areas Practice Environment & Equipment: Utilizes DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, with a patient base mainly aged 3-21, and up to 30% adults. Office flow includes 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients. Compensation & Benefits: Offers a guaranteed daily rate or a percentage of collections, with no lab fees.
