About the role
We are seeking a Dentist (4 days per week) to join a growing team dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities
- Delivering dental services to a primarily pediatric patient base (ages 3-21, up to 30% adults)
- Collaborating with a supportive team using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces
- Participating in team activities, morning huddles, and community engagement to promote a positive image
- Ensuring patient care in a setting with a patient load of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients
- Adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols
- Contributing to a team with a 1 hygienist and 2 dental assistants per provider
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid licensure to practice dentistry
- Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (where required)
- Strong desire to care for children and adults with compassion
