Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program.
• Valid dental license in the state(s) of practice.
• CPR and DEA certifications.
• Nitrous certification required in certain states.
• Compassionate approach to care and a desire to serve diverse age groups.
