About the role
Join a dedicated dental team focused on delivering high-quality, affordable care to underserved communities, primarily serving children and young adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental services with support from a skilled team using advanced tools like digital x-ray and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Conduct patient examinations, diagnoses, and treatments in a collaborative environment.
- Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, promoting a positive and patient-focused culture.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.
- Serve a diverse patient base, mainly ages 3-21, with some adult patients.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited program.
- Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure in the practice location.
- Certifications including CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable).
- Compassionate attitude and enthusiasm for caring for patients of all ages.
