Travel Wound Care RN - $2,349 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Wound Care registered nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients. The position requires 40 hours per week, with 10-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures, as well as those being treated with pharmaceuticals to manage illness.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to maintain continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg or Wound Care setting.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
