About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Charleston, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide wound care services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assess patient wounds and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent experience in wound care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of wound care protocols and techniques.
