Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Vascular Sonographer for a 12-week assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The position involves performing ultrasound scans and analyzing sonograms for diagnostic purposes.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations

Skills

• Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology

• Calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ultrasound equipment
• Advanced technical skills and critical thinking
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, lift up to 50-100 lbs, push, pull, and bend
• Mental requirements to cope with frequent contact with the general public, work under close supervision, and work without assistance from other personnel
