• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 10-hour days

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience required
• Performs general and vascular ultrasound examinations, excluding Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) and segmental pressure studies
• Experience with general and vascular ultrasound procedures is required
• No echocardiography or breast ultrasound experience is required for this position
• Demonstrates knowledge and technical proficiency in performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations
• Ability to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multifunctional healthcare team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Experience with computers and electronic medical record systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn applications and technology relevant to the position
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable hospital, regulatory, and safety standards

Education

• Associate's degree required

Required Certifications & Licensure

• ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) registry required
• BLS – American Heart Association certification required

Languages

• English: Read, Write, Speak – Required
