About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Douglas, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
- Accurately document findings and report results to the supervising physician.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments.
Requirements
- Current state-issued Ultrasound Technologist license.
- Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- ACLS certification preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in using ultrasound equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
