Job Details

Ultrasound Technician position at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham.

Assignment duration is 13 weeks with a start date of 8/31/2026.

Work schedule consists of 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours long, on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must have flu vaccine.
• Must have professional license and/or certification as required for the position, with primary source verification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
• Must have documentation of required personal health history including MMR vaccination or immunity proof, TB test within 3 months of start date, health statement signed by a medical provider within 365 days of start date.
• Must complete N95 fit test within 365 days of start date and updated annually; respirator medical clearance attestation required if fit test is required.
• Must pass MGB criminal background check, Massachusetts CORI, SSN trace, national sex offender check, and exclusion checks within specified timeframes prior to start date.
• Must provide MGB resume with past 7 years of work experience and 2 references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or above in skillset.
• Must complete MGB skills checklist within 1 year of submission.
• Must sign MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form upon acceptance and for any extensions.

Schedule Information

• 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours long, scheduled on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Additional Details

• Shared housing available with restrictions: no guests or pets; must have own transportation.
• MGB MVH Housing Agreement required only if moving into shared MVH housing.
