About the role
Join our Benedictine team as a CNA-NAR (Float). You will operate on the front lines, ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect, and providing direct resident care. You will also report condition changes to RNs or LPNs and chart in the POC system. Key responsibilities include managing tasks effectively and traveling to various facilities within a designated region.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care
- Report condition changes to RN or LPN
- Chart in POC system
- Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks
- Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
