About the role
Join our Benedictine team as an LPN (Float) to provide quality care to residents across multiple Benedictine communities within the region. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and utilize the principles of Relationship Based Care.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care to residents under the supervision of an RN
- Initial data collection on all residents
- Utilize principles of Relationship Based Care
- Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
Requirements
- Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Clinical experience preferred

- Ability to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for providing quality care to seniors
