About the role

Join our Benedictine team as an LPN (Float). You will provide quality care to residents across multiple Benedictine communities within the region. Key responsibilities include initial data collection, utilizing Relationship Based Care principles, and traveling to different facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care under RN supervision
• Initial data collection on all residents
• Utilize Relationship Based Care principles
• Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed

Requirements

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Clinical experience preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a practical nursing program
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN exam

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
