Travel Telemetry RN - $1,554 per week

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Neuro/Ortho unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while managing a variety of medical/surgical tasks and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient assignments and maintain patient safety.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.
• Assist in managing chest tubes, Cardizem and Amiodarone drips, and weight-based heparin drips.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Meditech and telemetry experience preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 07:00-19:00, 12 hours, days, 36 hours per week. This is a 13-week contract position.
