Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $3,040 per week

About the role

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment in Omaha, Nebraska, starting 10/26/2026. The position is for a 12‑hour night shift (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) on the medical‑surgical neuro unit (4th Floor North), caring for stroke, post‑neurosurgery, and other medical‑surgical patients with an emphasis on team collaboration and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Care for Med Surg/Tele patients including stroke, neurosurgery, fractures, pneumonia, sepsis, and GI issues.
• Interpret tele monitors and read assessments independently.
• Float to other Med Surg units with Med Surg patients as required.

Requirements

• BLS (AHA) certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Valid driver’s license (required to verify residence outside 50 miles).

Schedule
